RYAN LEHNAU

MANAGER - COST SEGREGATION

Ryan Lehnau is a Cost Segregation Manager at our New York office. Ryan is an Accredited Member within the Machinery and Technical Specialties of the American Society of Appraisers.  He graduated from the School of Engineering at Rutgers University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Concentration in Energy Systems.  In pursuit of continued education, Ryan is currently an MBA Candidate at the Rutgers Business School. He has more than four years of experience performing cost segregation studies, valuations, cost approach analyses, purchase price allocations, and useful life analyses.  This experience has an emphasis on machinery and equipment, buildings, and other tangible assets for manufacturing, real estate, and power generation industries.

In Ryan's free time, He enjoy participating in sporting activities like basketball, volleyball, and boxing.
