RYAN LEHNAU

MANAGER - COST SEGREGATION

Ryan Lehnau is a Cost Segregation Manager at our New York office and a member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. Ryan graduated from Rutgers University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a concentration in energy systems. In pursuit of continued education, Ryan is currently an MBA Candidate at the Rutgers Business School. With more than five years of experience performing cost segregation studies, he has also gained expertise in completing valuations, cost approach analyses, purchase price allocations, and useful life analyses. This experience has an emphasis on buildings and structures, machinery and equipment, and other tangible assets within the manufacturing, real estate, and power generation industries.

In Ryan's free time, he enjoys playing basketball and volleyball, board game night, and spending time with friends and family.
