PRINCIPAL - EMPLOYMENT TAX INCENTIVES

Jason C. Melillo is a Principal and Local Incentive practice leader at KBKG. His areas of expertise are Local Incentives, Employment Tax Credits which includes Enterprise Zones, Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC), and other employment credits. Jason C. Melillo has a degree in finance and business economics from the University of Southern California. For over twenty years, Mr. Melillo has worked with numerous companies and CPAs on employment tax credits as well as Cost Segregation studies. He has been a frequent lecturer to large organizations such as the California Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs, and the California Restaurant Association. He has given many seminars on California Competes Tax Credit, Employment Tax Credits, and Cost Segregation to thousands of industry professionals.

Jason C. Melillo is currently the Chair of the AICPA Large Firms Group. Jason formerly served as Chairman of the California Society of CPAs Statewide Management Consulting Services Committee and MAP Committee. Jason has chaired the California Society Real Estate Conference several times and has been a frequent speaker on the topic of Cost Segregation at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) National conferences in addition to State CPA Societies.
