Mike Cornell has over 25 years of experience providing valuation and real estate advisory services to firms in a wide variety of industries. He has advisory experience providing purchase price allocation, cost segregation, economic depreciation analysis, fixed asset analysis, and machinery and equipment valuation services.

Mike assists clients in maximizing their federal income tax depreciation and has completed cost segregation studies on numerous properties nationwide, including heavy manufacturing facilities, multi-tenant office buildings, corporate headquarters, hospitals, medical office buildings, hotels, casinos, racetracks, data centers, distribution centers, computer chip manufacturing facilities, biopharmaceutical laboratories, ethanol plants, biodiesel plants, and retail facilities ranging from fast food restaurants to regional shopping centers.

He has performed asset valuation projects for purchase price allocations and FIRPTA studies. He has also performed asset valuation projects for foreign tax credit purposes for energy and chemical companies with domestic and international properties. Energy valuation experience includes projects involving coal-fired, natural gas-fired, geothermal, nuclear, and hydroelectric generation. Additional valuation experience includes oil refineries, pipelines and storage terminals, casinos, manufacturing facilities, healthcare facilities, and subsea seismic exploration.
