GINA LIM

MANAGING DIRECTOR - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Gina Lim is a Managing Director at KBKG, based out of our Atlanta, GA office. She brings over 15 years of sales and leadership experience and oversees our Business Development team nationally. Gina is focused on growing revenue and enhancing our client experience while driving sales strategy and market development.

Gina joined KBKG in 2014 as a Regional Director focusing on nurturing top accounts and providing tax planning education with the utilization of KBKG services. She has been instrumental in working with the CPA community by providing value-added services such as Cost Segregation, R&D Tax Credits, Green Building Tax Incentives (45L and 179D), Transfer Pricing, and more. She has identified over $100 million in tax credits and incentives for clients located throughout the US. In 2016, Gina relocated to New York City to help grow KBKG’s presence in the Northeast resulting in the thriving market it is today. In 2017, she was promoted to National Director and has since then grown the Business Development organization to over 35 amazing and talented individuals. This led to her promotion to Managing Director in 2022.

Prior to joining KBKG, Gina worked for a Fortune 1000 company where she ranked in the organization’s Top 25 Consultants for Small Businesses.

Gina earned her bachelors from UCLA. She used to be an avid runner, having completed the Los Angeles marathon and many other half marathons, but now she prefers chasing around her toddler and Yorkie.
