DFW, Texas – KBKG, a nationwide tax specialty firm, hired new R&D Tax Credit Director, Bill Taylor, to join its Texas office. Bill has over 10 years of experience providing federal tax consulting services to companies in various industries, including technology, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, and other professional services.

Bill began his career with a Big Four accounting firm in Chicago and later relocated to Dallas. He spent over a decade focusing on research and development, fixed asset methods, cost segregation, and more. During this time, he was involved with consulting, technical review, training, project management, and representation before the IRS.

As a Director of the R&D Tax Credit practice in the Dallas Fort-Worth office, Bill will assist CPAs and taxpayers with maximizing and supporting their research credit claims. The research and development tax credit is both a federal and state (including Texas) incentive geared towards promoting investment in jobs in the United States. Every year, billions of dollars of research credits are claimed across a wide gamut of industries.

“We are pleased to have Bill as part of the team. His experience in R&D tax credits, fixed assets, and cost segregation make him a valuable asset to the firm and our clients. Bringing him on board is part of our larger expansion in the Texas and southern region. This will provide needed support to our business partners in that area,” said Kevin Zolriasatain, KBKG R&D Principal.
