SENIOR MANAGER - COST SEGREGATION

Based in Pasadena, California, Artur Babaian is a senior manager with KBKG for the Cost Segregation practice and primarily oversees the West Coast region. He consults with business owners and tax preparers on strategies to reduce their tax liabilities utilizing cost segregation, asset retirement, repair and expense, and fixed asset review analyses. He joined KBKG in 2015 and has experience conducting Cost Segregation studies ranging from restaurants, hospitals, hotels, large retail centers, heavy manufacturing industrial facilities, multimillion-dollar offices and residential complexes. He manages daily operations with a team that strive to achieve excellence in all aspects of the industry. He is also responsible for training staff, spearheading software matters, preparing proposals and providing presentations on continued education.

Artur earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles. He is also a member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals.
