Lisa McCoy is the Senior Recruiting Manager at KBKG. Lisa has over 25 years of experience in the Professional Staffing Industry. She is responsible for recruiting locally and nationally, as well as providing consulting services to KBKG clients. Lisa has her finger on the pulse of the market and supports the company with salary intelligence and talent acquisition that adds continuous value to the firm. She also supports operations to increase the growth of the firm.

Prior to joining KBKG, Lisa worked with Green Hasson Janks LLP (GHJ) to support and launch their new recruitment practice known as Creative Financial Staffing. The business grew to a profitable practice with emphasis on accounting and finance as well as building a successful team.

She is active in her community. Lisa is involved with Los Angeles City Council along with different city agencies to bring a positive change.
