Kathryn Norris is an Account Director for KBKG and is based in Houston. Texas. With over 4 years of experience in business consulting, she works closely with CPAs, accounting professionals, and business owners. Prior to KBKG, Kathryn worked as a HCM Business Consultant, helping small to mid-size businesses with uncovering profit leaks, risk mitigation, benefits, insurance, and HR.

As an Account Director, Kathryn works with companies in the manufacturing, architecture, engineering, technology/software, and real estate sectors, as well as CPAs and small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies. In her role, she helps companies, and their CPAs, identify tax-saving opportunities to lower their tax burden. These benefits include Cost Segregation, R&D Tax Credits, Green Building Tax Incentives (45L and 179D), Transfer Pricing, and more.

Kathryn received her Bachelor of Sciences from Texas Tech University. When not working, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, and cooking.
