Boris Kapitanski is the CTO at KBKG, where he focuses on scaling world class expertise into faster, more defensible execution.
A mathematician by training with a background in Chaos Theory, Boris has spent over 20 years building and leading engineering, AI, and product organizations. His work centers on finding structure inside complexity and turning expert judgment into repeatable, high impact systems.

He has built decision support platforms for U.S. hospital systems, real time personalization engines for national telecoms, and AI powered SaaS platforms operating in production environments.

At KBKG, Boris is responsible for accelerating critical workflows, raising execution standards, and building defensible systems that scale expert judgment across the firm.

Outside of work, he is a sailor, hiker, and kettlebell enthusiast.
