John W. Hanning will be attending the AICPA Construction & Real Estate Conference in Nashville, TN from December 5th to 6th. As the current President of ASCSP, John’s primary role while attending is to further the mission of creating public and industry awareness for the Societies technical standards; certification process, educational programs, and governing code of ethics. The Construction & Real Estate Conference aims to bridge the gap between construction and real estate by bringing together CPAs, banking, finance, and insurance professionals to discuss updates in both industries.
John W. Hanning leads KBKG’s Southeast practice as a Fixed Assets/Cost Segregation/Accounting Methods Principal and is based out of Atlanta, Georgia. With over 15 years of industry experience, John has led and executed cost recovery studies on thousands of facilities and is a presenter for continuing education relating to cost segregation, section 179D, repair & expense rules.
