Gina Lim is a Managing Director at KBKG, based out of our Atlanta, GA office. She brings over 15 years of sales and leadership experience and oversees our Business Development team nationally. Gina is focused on growing revenue and enhancing our client experience while driving sales strategy and market development.
Gina joined KBKG in 2014 as a Regional Director focusing on nurturing top accounts and providing tax planning education with the utilization of KBKG services.
Aaron Massey is the Regional Director of KBKG covering the Mid-Atlantic region and is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining KBKG, Aaron was VP of Capital Markets at national debt and equity brokerage firm for over 6 years.
Aaron Massey received his Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern Illinois University in 2017. When not meeting with clients, Aaron enjoys long distance running, cooking and learning about Philadelphia history.
David Turpin is Director at KBKG, before joining KBKG David was a partner at LevelUp Equity, an M&A advisory firm. David also excelled as a C-level executive to one of the Silicon Valley's Fortune 500 technology companies, and as a Director of Business Develpment of a top twenty national accounting, IT, and M&A advisory firm. In addition, he sucessfully hosted national television informercials and sold products on QVC. David Turpin is also a GLG Export Consultant in the accounting industry. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Shelton State - University of Alabama.
Based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Matthew Geltz is a Regional Director for KBKG. He has over 17 years of experience focused in sales and client relationships. Prior to joining KBKG, Matt worked in the financial services industry at a widely recognized, national financial firm. Focused on building long term partnerships through trust and integrity, he successfully provided solutions to consultants and business owners around company retirement plans and other HR related benefits.
Roderick Smith is a Regional Director responsible for selling KBKG’s full suite of tax reduction services and incentives, focused primarily on Southern California. Rod brings diverse sales leadership and business development experience spanning over 30 years in various industries including financial services, information technology, higher education and tax consulting. His current responsibilities include building relationships with tax professionals as well as end users.
JW Miller is an Account Manager for KBKG and is based in Pasadena, California. He works closely with John Frack, providing services to the pacific northwest region. JW Miller has over 20 years of combined experience in policy contract work, Teaching, Agriculture, Logistics, Retail, Contract Manufacturing (CFR-111 and CFR 117), and the Pharmaceutical industry.
Chad Niehaus is a Director for KBKG and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over eight years of experience partnering with CPAs, accounting professionals, and businesses, Chad oversees the business development team for KBKG’s southeast market. When the Atlanta office opened in 2017, Chad played an integral part in establishing the new location and building upon existing relationships in the region. Since joining KBKG, he has expanded the firm’s footprint in this area, cultivating long-lasting relationships with many of the company's most valued CPA partners and clients.
Alan Rush has over 45 years of experience as a certified public accountant. He served as Principal at his own firm and then as a partner in an Accounting firm in Phoenix, AZ. With his background in tax and financial statement preparation, consulting, and knowledge and experience in other accounting areas, Alan can provide a combination of services to any client. Many companies and individuals take advantage of his expertise while utilizing three or four of the studies that KBKG offers, to reduce company and/or individual taxes.
Dori Eden is a Regional Director responsible for cultivating relationships with home builders, real estate developers, owners, investors, and regional CPA firms. Her focus at KBKG is in the fields of Energy Tax Benefits, Cost Segregation, and Research & Development tax credits.
She regularly teaches seminars and has spoken on several event discussion panels, educating real estate developers and CPAs on how to effectively maximize available tax credits and deductions. Dori has over 35 years of experience in sales and marketing in the residential and commercial real estate industries, giving her a unique understanding of her clients’ needs.
Matt Kemp is a Regional Director at KBKG and is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Matt works closely with companies, and their CPAs, in identifying tax-saving opportunities to lower their tax burden, focusing on the areas of Research & Development tax credits, Energy Tax Benefits, and Cost Segregation studies.
Before joining KBKG, Matt Kemp spent seven years in business development operations for a forensic expert witness firm, connecting clients with on-point technical experts to effectively address the issues specific to their legal casework.
Steven Latchin is a Regional Director at KBKG and is based in San Francisco, California. He works with companies and their CPAs throughout a variety of industries to identify and utilize unique tax saving opportunities. With nearly a decade of experience working directly with clients, Steven takes pride in building relationships with those he works with. Prior to joining KBKG, he helped small businesses claim the Research and Development (R&D) Tax Credit where he was able to work with a variety of industries throughout the country.
Marquise Kaai is a Business Development Manager at KBKG. He works closely with practice leaders in the various aspects of the sales cycle to generate proposals and aid in business development. Marquise achieves this by building and sustaining quality relationships with prospects, maintaining a high standard of professional ethics, and implementing professional development strategies to advance the prosperity of the firm.
Lon O'Connor is a Director at KBKG, based out of our Pasadena headquarters. She focuses on building in-depth relationships with our CPA and industry partners. Lon has over 18 years of business management experience and spent the last decade serving small to mid-sized businesses with various tax credits and incentives. She has helped her clients take advantage of over $300 million in total benefit. Lon is versed in working with industries such as: manufacturing, architecture, engineering, software development, system integration, contractors and many more.
Alexis McClellan is a Regional Director for KBKG. She has over 10 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining KBKG, Alexis worked in the HR/Payroll and Finance and Accounting space consulting with clients on the best ways to stay compliant and improve efficiencies. She strives to always be a resource and advocate for her clients.
Justin Brumfield is a Regional Director at KBKG. He spent 7 years in Pharmaceutical Sales before focusing the last 8 years in Business Development at Robson Forensic, where Justin connected attorneys with the firm’s in-house forensic experts to address causation and standard of care in civil litigation. Justin recently relocated to New Jersey from Atlanta with his family.

Based in New York, William Long is a Director for KBKG. Prior to joining KBKG, Will worked as a CPA practicing tax accounting in Seattle and New York City, his focus was on the Real Property and Distribution/Manufacturing industries. His primary goals are to educate his clients and deliver the highest quality product in a timely fashion.
Sarin Keshishian is a Sales Support Manager at KBKG, based out of our headquarters office in Pasadena, CA. She works closely with practice leaders in the various aspects of the sales cycle to aid in business and team development. He is an accomplished client sales and business development professional with over 20 years of experience in client and customer relationship management, business unit strategies and cross-functional business planning. John is recognized for building long-lasting relationships with the highest level of integrity, trust, and service by utilizing his vast background of knowledge and professional skill set in leading end-to-end projects. Prior to joining KBKG, John Frack served as a business development manager at Romo Incentives Group, a tax incentive firm. John is based out of Pacific Northwest.
Andy Gerstenhaber is a Senior Regional Director at KBKG, based out of our Pasadena headquarters. He specializes in working with CPAs and their clients to identify tax incentives. He also has over twelve years of experience in the tax consulting space, where he has helped his clients take advantage of over $400 million in total benefit. He is passionate about helping his clients get the most benefit while providing them with a first-class experience. He received his Bachelor of Science in Regional Development from The University of Arizona.
Kyle Ernsberger is a Regional Director at KBKG. As a Chicago local, Kyle has successfully secured specialty tax credits and deductions for individuals and businesses throughout the metro area. His background in cost segregation and tax strategies directly benefit businesses in the real estate industry through the value-added services he can provide. With his background as a cost segregation engineer and his extensive knowledge of client sales, Kyle has developed a unique, personal, and professional approach in fostering relationships and providing exceptional customer service to his clients.
Michelle Vitale is a Regional Director for KBKG. She has over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the financial services arena. She is an energetic problem solver who focuses on building lasting relationships through a mindset of service and advocacy for her clients. She has vast experience leading teams through complex sales cycles. Prior to joining KBKG, Michelle spent 7 years in commercial banking. She is based out of San Diego, CA.
Sade Kolade is an Account Manager for KBKG and is based in Atlanta, GA. Sade has 10 years of combined experience in both Marketing and Account Management. Sade works closely with Chad Niehaus providing services to the southeast region.
Sade Kolade graduated from Valdosta State Georgia and received her BFA in Speech Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations.
