Mitchell has 20 years experience as a business unit manager successfully developing product lines and subsidiary operations across multiple industries for a large international corporation, a startup consulting firm and for a corporate venture capital group. His breadth of experience includes direct equity investments, project finance, and business development in the areas of tax consulting services, engineered equipment and systems, information technology and power generation systems. He is currently responsible for developing new business at KBKG, Inc., for the firm’s complete service line, including cost segregation services, green building tax incentive studies, research & development tax credits, and enterprise zone tax credits.
Mitchell has been active in the cost segregation business for more than five years and has taught courses on cost segregation and green building tax incentives to a variety of industry groups and organizations.
Mitchell is a graduate of UCLA where he attended as a Gold Shield Scholar and received his BA in Economics / International Area Studies. Mitchell also studied at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Grenoble, France, as a Rotary Foundation Scholar. He holds a California General Engineering – Class A Contractors License.
