Michael Maroney is a Senior Manager with KBKG, Inc. and advises clients on tax matters related to federal and state research and development tax incentives. He has over 18 years experience working on tax reviews ranging from sophisticated multi-year claims to short-term consulting projects. Mr. Maroney has advised numerous Fortune 500 clients across a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, manufacturing, agriculture, pharmaceutical, communications, industrial products, consumer goods, software technology and energy.
Prior to joining KBKG, Mr. Maroney provided R&D consulting services at Arthur Andersen, KPMG, and Alvarez & Marsal. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Point Loma Nazarene College.
Mr. Maroney currently resides in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two children. His interests include outdoor activities with his family, mountain biking, and classic movies.
