Bruce is a Director with KBKG and has over 18 years of legal and tax consulting experience. Prior to KBKG, he worked with top national and regional CPA firms focusing on the Research and Development Tax Credits. He has significant experience dealing with IRS audits for large national clients and has been a speaker on the topic of R&D Credits to numerous CPA groups. He holds diverse industry experience having served clients in manufacturing, software, hospitality, health care, industrial, and retail among others. In addition to his significant experience with the R&D Tax Credits, Bruce also has experience with the new rules related to Repair vs. Capitalization.

Bruce holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Denver School of Law. He received his BA in accounting and management from Washburn University where he also earned his Juris Doctorate from their School of Law.
