Andy Chapa manages KBKG’s operations in the Southern Region. He has over 11 years of Cost Segregation experience.Andy has traveled throughout the US and has analyzed all types of facilities including auto dealerships, manufacturing, hotels, casinos, storage facilities, office parks, retail and multi-residential, ranging from 5,000 square feet to over 900,000 square feet. 

Prior to KBKG, Andy started out at Ernst & Young in Dallas performing Cost Segregation studies for Fortune 500 clients nationwide. After Ernst & Young, Andy was a Manager for a tax benefits group based in Fort Worth, Texas for 5 years. His duties included staff development, improving processes, helping in upgrading their proprietary cost segregation software as well as producing numerous studies for nationwide clients.

In 1994, Andy earned an Associate’s degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and in 1997 a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
